By using the website www.Edenn School.com (hereinafter the "Site"), you accept without reservation all the terms and general conditions of use (hereinafter "TOU"). You acknowledge that this agreement is legally binding between you and EDENN SCHOOL FZCO (hereinafter "EDENN SCHOOL" or the "Company").

Article 3 — Site Access

Access to the Site and its use are reserved for use strictly in accordance with these TOU and the General Terms of Sale. The User undertakes not to use the Site and the information or data contained therein for illegal, political, advertising purposes or for any form of unauthorized commercial solicitation.

The User must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of contracting. The User is required to provide accurate information and update it if necessary.

The User is solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their Credentials. They must notify EDENN SCHOOL without delay in case of loss, theft or fraudulent use of their Credentials, by email to: contact@edenn-school.fr

Article 4 — Description of Services

EDENN SCHOOL is a private online training organization that offers:

• E-learning training in various fields (business, marketing, communication, etc.)
• Internship agreements for students enrolled in its training programs
• Administrative follow-up of students during their course

Article 5 — Intellectual Property

All trademarks, photographs, texts, comments, illustrations, images, video sequences, sounds, as well as all computer applications used to operate the Site are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These elements are the full and complete property of EDENN SCHOOL or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, use or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of these elements, without the prior written consent of EDENN SCHOOL, is strictly prohibited.

Article 6 — Liability

EDENN SCHOOL endeavors to ensure the accessibility of the Site 24/7. However, no guarantee is provided as to the permanent availability of the Site. EDENN SCHOOL cannot be held liable in the event of failure, breakdown or interruption of operation.

EDENN SCHOOL is only bound by an obligation of means. Its liability cannot be engaged for indirect damages (loss of data, loss of operation, commercial prejudice, etc.), for the use made by the User of the information and training provided, or for the results obtained following the use of the Services.

Article 7 — Force Majeure

EDENN SCHOOL cannot be held liable in case of non-performance or delay in performance of its obligations resulting from a case of force majeure. Are notably considered as cases of force majeure: natural disasters, fires, strikes, social conflicts, telecommunications interruptions, epidemics, pandemics, government decisions, and any event beyond the reasonable control of EDENN SCHOOL.

Article 8 — Partial Nullity

If one or more provisions of these TOU are declared null or inapplicable, the other provisions shall retain their full force and effect. The temporary non-application of a clause shall not constitute a waiver by EDENN SCHOOL of its right to invoke it subsequently.

Article 9 — Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These TOU are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates. The parties undertake to seek an amicable solution to any dispute. The amicable procedure constitutes a mandatory prerequisite for any legal action.

Failing amicable resolution within 30 days, any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts. For consumers residing in Europe, recourse to a consumer mediator is possible in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.
