Internship Agreement

What is an internship agreement?

An internship agreement is a mandatory tripartite document in France for any professional internship. It is signed by the intern, the host company and the training organization. It defines the framework of the internship: duration, missions, schedule, potential compensation, insurance and pedagogical supervision.

How quickly will I receive my agreement?

Your internship agreement is sent within 24 business hours after the complete submission of your convention form with all required information (your details, company and tutor information).

Will my agreement be accepted by companies?

Yes. Our internship agreement complies with French law (articles L.612-8 to L.612-14 of the Education Code). If the host company refuses, we will fully refund you upon presentation of proof of refusal. This is our 'Accepted or Refunded' guarantee.

What is the maximum internship duration?

In accordance with French legislation, the maximum duration of an internship is 6 months (924 hours) per academic year. Beyond 2 months (44 days or 308 hours), the company must pay a minimum stipend to the intern.

Can I get an agreement for an internship abroad?

Yes, we issue internship agreements for internships in France and abroad. The agreement remains subject to French law but can be used with international companies.

How are internship agreements issued?

Our internship agreements are issued by our partner universities located abroad. These higher education institutions are authorized to issue agreements compliant with international standards, which facilitates recognition and acceptance by companies, both in France and internationally.

E-Learning Training

What does the e-learning training consist of?

Our e-learning training comprises 200 hours of courses spread across 20 modules of 10 hours each. Each module contains 5 lessons with theoretical content and a validation quiz. You can follow the training at your own pace, from any connected device.

What training programs do you offer?

We currently offer three programs: Marketing and Communication, Management Banking and Finance, and IT and Artificial Intelligence. Our catalog is regularly enriched with new programs.

How long do I have to complete my training?

You have unlimited access to your training from the moment you register. There is no deadline to complete the modules. You can resume your training where you left off at any time.

Do I get a certificate at the end of the training?

Yes, a training certificate is issued at the end of your program. This certificate attests to the completion of 200 hours of training in the chosen field.

Registration and Payment

How much does registration cost?

Registration costs €300 per program. This price includes the 200-hour e-learning training, the official internship agreement, unlimited platform access, the training certificate and dedicated support.

How does payment work?

Payment is made online by credit card through our partner Stripe. The transaction is 100% secure and encrypted. You receive an immediate payment confirmation by email.

Can I get a refund?

You have a 14-day withdrawal right in accordance with the Consumer Code. Additionally, if your internship agreement is refused by the host company, we will fully refund you upon presentation of proof of refusal.

Legal Framework

Is convention-school an accredited training organization?

Yes, convention-school is a declared and registered training organization. We are authorized to issue internship agreements in accordance with current French regulations.

Which laws govern internship agreements?

Internship agreements are governed by articles L.612-8 to L.612-14 of the Education Code, law n°2013-660 of July 22, 2013 on higher education and research, law n°2014-788 of July 10, 2014 on the development and regulation of internships, and decree n°2014-1420 of November 27, 2014.

Who can benefit from an internship agreement?

Anyone enrolled in a training program can benefit from an internship agreement. This includes students, recent graduates in career transition, and anyone wishing to carry out a professional internship as part of a training program.
